Abstract:
Disclosed is an efficient double-inlet channel rotational flow atomization desulfurization nozzle, wherein a first inlet channel (1) is in communication with a left inlet of a rotational flow chamber (3); a second inlet channel (2) is in communication with a right inlet of the rotational flow chamber (3); the upper end of an outlet straight pipe section (4) is in communication with a bottom outlet of the rotational flow chamber (3); the lower end of the outlet straight pipe section (4) is in communication with an outlet flared section (5); an inner wall of a front side face of the first inlet channel (1) is tangent to an inner wall of a front side face of the rotational flow chamber (3); an inner wall of a rear side face of the second inlet channel (2) is tangent to an inner wall of a rear side face of the rotational flow chamber (3); and the axis of the outlet straight pipe section (4), the axis of the outlet flared section (5), and the axis of the rotational flow chamber (3) are located on the same straight line. The nozzle can effectively ameliorate the phenomenon of a non-uniform flow rate in the space of a single-inlet channel atomization desulfurization nozzle, reduce the atomization particle size, and improve the probability of a reaction taking place between flue gas and liquid droplets, such that the efficiency of desulfurization of flue gas is improved.
