Abstract:
An efficient high-precision flat screen printing and digital printing fabric production method with energy saving and emission reduction, comprising the following steps: singeing → pre-treatment → flat screen synchronous sizing → synchronous drying → printing → humidification → ageing → water washing → easy care treatment, softening and setting. The pre-treatment is an efficient short-flow biological enzyme pre-treatment process, and the process flow thereof is: cloth feeding at 75 °C → dipping in a scouring and bleaching working solution → increasing the temperature to 90 °C and treatment for 30 min → drainage → hot water washing → cold water washing. As sizing is performed by synchronous sizing and printing, the process flow is shortened. Using flat screen single side scraping printing of a slurry for sizing positions patterned by digital printing to replace the traditional full-width sizing reduce the amount of the slurry for sizing. As the presence of a large amount of auxiliaries such as urea and baking soda in the slurry, the costs and waste water pollution are reduced, and the problem that full-width sizing causes sizing on unprinted positions and thus causes color overlapping is solved.
