Abstract:
A sterilization method using vacuum circulating ozone, comprising the following steps: activating some sleeping bacteria or germinating some sleeping spores inside a test product; pouring the dry test product into a sterilization rotating drum (6), and heating same in a sealed manner and vacuumizing to remove air and moisture from pores of the test product; after humidifying and pressurizing ozone, directing same into a temperature-controlled buffer drum (5) to cool to 25±2°C, and condensing surplus moisture; filling the sterilization rotating drum (6) with high-pressure ozone saturated with moisture so as to perform sterilization by rotation, and at the same time, discharging, at a rate lower than an air inlet rate and at the other side of the sterilization rotating drum (6), the ozone after performing sterilization; maintaining the pressure of the sterilization rotating drum (6) at 1.1-5 atm, introducing the discharged ozone into an ozone maker (2) again after being condensed and dried, and producing, in a circulating manner, ozone having a higher concentration; the ozone entering the sterilization rotating drum (6) again for continuous and circulating sterilization for 15-120 minutes, until the sterilization ends. The method enables ozone to enter tiny pores on each side of a test product for overall sterilization, has high sterilization efficiency and a good effect, and is suitable for a multi-layer-stacked test product such as a sheet product, a granular product, or a powder product.
