Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a device whereby a food material, which contains hard-to-cut matters such as tendon meats or fibrous vegetables, can be surely cut and ejected. The ejection device (2) for food material comprises a hollow outer cylinder (11), a hollow inner cylinder (21) which is fitted in the outer cylinder (11) and reciprocally movable up and down, a central cylinder (23) which is fitted in the inner cylinder (21) and provided with a hollow part (23C) having an ejection port (23F) at the bottom end, and a piston (25) which is fitted in the hollow part (23C) and reciprocally movable up and down, and is characterized in that: the outer cylinder (11) is provided with an introduction part (11B) on the side face; the inner cylinder (21) is provided with a long hole (21B) in the axial direction at the position corresponding to the introduction part (11B) on the side face; and the central cylinder (23) is provided with a recessed part (23B), which is at the position corresponding to the long hole (21B) on the side face and longer in the direction toward the ejection port (23F) than the long hole (21B), and a communication hole (23D) communicating with the hollow part (23C) in the recessed part (23B).
