Abstract:
Disclosed are an ejector rod mechanism for a lollipop forming machine, and a lollipop forming machine therewith. The ejector rod mechanism comprises a fixed disc and a plurality of ejector rods, wherein the fixed disc is a cylindrical body; a rail groove is formed in a peripheral surface of the fixed disc; a first rotary disc and a second rotary disc are respectively rotatably installed at two ends of the fixed disc; a plurality of guide columns are arranged between the first rotary disc and the second rotary disc; two ends of the guide column are respectively fixedly connected to the first rotary disc and the second rotary disc; all the guide columns are evenly distributed on the periphery of the fixed disc; a sliding block is sheathed outside any number of guide columns, and the sliding block is in sliding fit with the guide columns; a roller is rotatably arranged on the sliding block, and the roller is arranged in the rail groove; and the ejector rods correspond to the sliding blocks in a one-to-one manner, with one end of the ejector rod being fixedly connected to the sliding block, and the other end of the ejector rod penetrating the second rotary disc and extending out to be in sliding fit with the second rotary disc. The roller rolls in the rail groove to drive the ejector rod to push a lollipop stick to be inserted into a formed lollipop block.
