An elastic water-absorbing floor mat (10, 30, 40), placed at the doorway of a bathroom for treading and adsorbing water at the soles, and comprising an elastic layer (12) and a textile layer (14). The elastic layer (12) comprises a communicated porous foaming body made of a foaming material having a water-absorbing effect, has the foaming material further mixed with a water-absorbing material, and allows for attachment to the ground. The textile layer (14) is attached to the top side of the elastic layer (12), is a porous fabric, and has the surface further provided with several printed areas (24) formed by ink printing, and an ink is further mixed with a water-absorbing material. The elastic water-absorbing floor mat (10, 30, 40) has a fast water-absorbing speed and brings soft treading feeling, and the dyed and printed fabric layer can also absorb and release water rapidly.
