Abstract:
Provided are an electric actuator and an electric brake device with which it is possible to improve NVH and also to improve control performance, etc. A control device (2) of this electric actuator comprises: an angle estimation unit (20a) for estimating a motor angle; a load estimation function unit (19); a control calculation unit (23) for performing tracking control of a control amount for a given target value; and a machine coupling state estimation unit (24) for estimating a separation/contact state of a transmission part. The control calculation unit (23) has a first control calculation unit (23a) which, when the contact state is estimated, controls an electric motor (4) in accordance with determined conditions, and a second control calculation unit (23b) which, when the separation state is estimated, calculates the magnitude of driving force of the electric motor (4) to be smaller than in the case of the first control calculation unit (23a).
