Abstract:
This electric actuator 1 is equipped with a motor 10 and a motion converting mechanism 22 for converting rotary motion generated by driving the motor 10 to linear motion in a direction parallel to the output shaft 10a of the motor 10, the motion converting mechanism 22 being provided with a linearly-moving movable part 24 disposed parallel to the output shaft 10a. A boot 36 capable of extending and retracting in conjunction with the linear motion of the movable part 24 is disposed between the movable part 24 and a fixed system surrounding the same, and a boot cover 39 constituting the fixed system and covering the boot 36 is disposed around the boot 36.
