Abstract:
An electric actuator 1 equipped with an electric motor 10 and a motion conversion mechanism 30, wherein a casing 2 is provided with a through-hole 7, which extends along a second axis Y orthogonal to a first axis X along the axial line of a motor rotary shaft 12 and allows communication between the interior and the exterior of the casing 2, and an input reception unit A (for example, a spur gear 9), which receives an external input different from the driving power of the electric motor 10, is provided so as to be integrally rotatable with the motor rotary shaft 12. At least a portion of the input reception unit A is located within a projected plane F of an inside opening portion of the through-hole 7 in the internal space of the casing 2.
