Abstract:
Provided is an electric cable for communication exhibiting noise-shielding performance by using a means other than a braided shield or a metal foil shield. The electric cable 1 for communication has: a signal cable 10 having a pair of insulated electric wires 11, 11 each comprising conductors 12 and an insulation sheath 13 covering the outer periphery of the conductors 12; and a jacket section 40 covering the outer periphery of the signal cable 10. The jacket section 40 has in an outer peripheral part thereof a region 30 having a higher density than an inner region 20 and containing a magnetic material.
