Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric cylinder control method and an electric cylinder control system that can prevent a pressurizing load from exceeding a target load and that is controlled by a servo motor that can shorten pressurization time. A servo controller (17) is configured such that the driving speed of a rod (11) and the stop load Ps (used for determining to stop the load (11) so that the pressurizing load Pm does not greatly exceed the target load Pt) can be set; the servo controller (17) drives the rod (11) by means of position control, and determines whether or not the pressurizing load Pm detected by a load detector (13) is greater than or equal to the stop load Ps; if the pressurization load Pm is determined to be greater than or equal to the stop load Ps, the servo controller (17) outputs a reverse direction position command pulse signal to a servo amplifier (16), and the residual pulse accumulated in the servo amplifier (16) is forcibly reduced such that the rod (11) stops at a load not greatly exceeding the target load Pt.
