Abstract:
This electric cylinder system is provided with: an electric cylinder having a rod that presses a workpiece and a strain detector that outputs a value corresponding to a load applied to the rod; an output unit that outputs a gain and offset for bringing a measured load value close to a reference load value on the basis of the reference load value corresponding to the output value of a calibration strain detector when the rod presses the calibration strain detector and the measured load value corresponding to the output value of the strain detector when the rod presses the calibration strain detector; a storage unit that stores the gain and the offset outputted from the output unit as calibration parameters; and a calibration unit that calibrates a load value corresponding to the output value detected by the strain detector on the basis of the calibration parameters stored in the storage unit, wherein the gain and the offset outputted from the output unit satisfy a predetermined relationship.
