Abstract:
Provided is an electric motor carbon brush, comprising a shell (1) and a copper sleeve (2), wherein an annular groove (11) is provided within the shell (1); a first spring (12) is provided in the annular groove (11); the copper sleeve (2) penetrates through the first spring (12); a carbon brush (3) penetrates through the copper sleeve (2); the inner bottom of the shell (1) is provided with a copper cover plate (13); a copper stranded wire (14) is provided between the carbon brush (3) and the copper cover plate (13); the bottom of the carbon brush (3) is provided with a vibration damping sheet (31); and a second spring (15) is sheathed outside the copper stranded wire (14). According to the above electric motor carbon brush, by means of the first spring being sheathed on the cooper sleeve, the moment of force of a friction force applied to the carbon brush is reduced, thus ensuring the stability of the whole structure and prolonging the service life of the carbon brush. A sliding groove is provided on the carbon brush and a position-limiting block is provided on an inner wall of the copper sleeve. By virtue of the position-limiting block, the carbon brush will not fall off easily, and the carbon brush can slide up and down more smoothly.
