Abstract:
A stator (11) is resin-formed by means of: a first mold (21) for forming an outer shape of an exterior resin (14) with a gap provided between an outer peripheral surface of yokes (13) and the first mold (21); a second mold (22) positioned in a gap between the yokes (13); a third mold (23) positioned in a gap between magnets (12); a fourth mold (24) positioned on the outer peripheral side of the yokes (13); and a cylindrical fifth mold (25) touching an inner peripheral surface of the magnets (12). The distance (L1) from the center of the fifth mold (25) to an outer peripheral surface thereof, the distance (L2) from the center to an inner peripheral surface of the magnets (12), the distance (L3) from the center to an outer peripheral surface of the third mold (23), the distance (L4) from the center to an outer peripheral surface of the magnets (12), and the distance (L5) from the center to an inner peripheral surface of the yokes (13) are such that L1 < L2, L3 < L4, and L4 > L5.
