Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electric pressure rice cooker which can remove residual internal pressure by automatically releasing internal steam upon opening of a lid. An electric pressure rice cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body part which receives an inner pot through an open top surface; a lid coupling ring rotationally coupled to the open top surface of the body part; an inner lid which has a steam inlet port, is disposed on the inner side of the lid coupling ring and blocks the top surface of the inner pot; a steam release module which releases steam, flowing in from the inside of the inner pot through the steam inlet port, to the outside by rotating in the horizontal direction; a lid handle which, when a button provided on one side is fully operated, transmits a rotational force to the lid coupling ring by rotating in the horizontal direction; and an external force transmitting part for providing a rotational force to the steam release module by means of an external force transmitted by means of the button when the button is partially operated.
