Abstract:
Provided is an electric product management system which identifies and manages an individual unit of an electric product, said system comprising a camera and a management device. The camera is configured so as to acquire an image of the surface of at least one prong of a plurality of prongs provided on a power supply plug of an electric product. The management device is configured so as to authenticate an individual unit of the electric product on the basis of the image acquired with the camera.
