Abstract:
An electrical stimulation apparatus and a health management system using same of the present invention comprise: a user terminal which determines a frequency for each body part on the basis of a user's body fat index measurement result; and a low-frequency output apparatus including a plurality of electrode pads which generate electrical stimulation corresponding to the frequency for each body part set by the user terminal, and are attached to each of the user's body parts to provide electrical stimulation.
