Abstract:
An electrical tracking-resistant polyvinyl chloride insulating material, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The electrical tracking-resistant polyvinyl chloride insulating material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of a polyvinyl chloride resin, 40-70 parts of a plasticizer, 10-20 parts of nano-level activated calcium carbonate, 30-80 parts of an electrical tracking-resistant modifier, 6-8 parts of a thermal stabilizer, 1-1.8 parts of a light stabilizer, 2-3 parts of an ultraviolet absorber, and 10-20 parts of an electrical performance modifier. The electrical tracking resistance of the described electrical tracking-resistant polyvinyl chloride insulating material is effectively improved on the basis of meeting all the requirements for polyvinyl chloride insulating materials in the GB/T12527-2008 standard. The described insulating material can pass the 1A2.5 level electrical tracking resistance test (according to the GB/T6553-2014 standard), can prolong the service life of polyvinyl chloride-insulated overhead cables and can ensure the safety of overhead power transmission lines.
