Abstract:

Provided is an electrically powered tool in which an impact acting on a power transmission section is cushioned to prevent the deformation and breakage of a member which constitutes the power transmission section. This electrically powered tool is provided with: a brushless motor (3) having a rotating shaft (31) capable of rotating about a rotation axis (A1); a housing (2) which contains the brushless motor (3); a power transmission section (6) which receives the rotational force of the rotating shaft (31) and transmits a drive force which is based on the rotational force; and a section (7) to be driven, which is driven by the drive force transmitted thereto. The rotating shaft (31) is supported by the housing (2) so as to be movable in the direction of the rotation axis A1 relative to the housing (2).
