Abstract:
Disclosed is an electro-hydraulic brake-by-wire system based on compensation by an energy accumulator. When a driver steps on a brake pedal (1), an electronic control unit (8) collects pedal displacement and pedal speed signals, determines the braking intention of the driver, and calculates the magnitude of a required braking resistance moment; and a control signal is sent to a brake actuator controller (91), such that the control of an output torque of a brake electric motor (92) in a brake actuating mechanism and the compensation control of the duty cycle of a solenoid valve of a high-pressure energy accumulator (18) are realized; and precise control over the hydraulic pressure of a master brake cylinder (11) and a wheel cylinder is realized on the basis of realizing a relatively high response speed, thereby improving the braking performance. The disclosure further relates to a control method for the electro-hydraulic brake-by-wire system.
