Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electro-hydrodynamic (EHD) pump head assembly and, more specifically, to an EHD pump head assembly provided with a tubular internal electrode, which dispenses a viscous solution through a nozzle by applying a potential difference to the viscous solution. The EHD pump head assembly provided with a tubular internal electrode, according to the present invention, has the effect of improving dispensing quality by easily adjusting the conditions under which an EHD pump dispenses the viscous solution. The EHD pump head assembly provided with a tubular internal electrode, according to the present invention, has the effect of stably maintaining the dispensing quality of the EHD pump head assembly provided with a tubular internal electrode, which dispenses a viscous solution.
