Abstract:
Provided are an electro-mechanical converter and the like in which tilting with respect to a central axis of an armature is suppressed, and which is suitable for achieving performance improvement and size reduction. The electro-mechanical converter is provided with: a structure portion in which a magnet (15), yokes (10, 11), and a coil (12) are integrally arranged; an armature (13) which includes an inner portion penetrating through an internal space of the structure portion along a central axis (13c) in the X-direction, and outer portions on both sides thereof, constitutes a magnetic circuit with the structure portion, and is displaced in the Z-direction; and elastic members (14) providing the armature with a recovery force. Each of the elastic members has a first engaging portion (E1) and a second engaging portion (E2). A width in which a force in the Z-direction acts between each of the elastic members and the structure portion via the first engaging portion has a first distance (2b). A width in which a force in the Z-direction acts between each of the elastic members and the outer portion via the second engaging portion has a second distance (2a) in the Y-direction, wherein the dimension condition of 2a>2×2b is set.
