Abstract:
Provided is an electrode plate forming device, comprising unwinding apparatuses (1), lithium supplementing apparatuses (2), a plurality of winding apparatuses (4), and a protection apparatus (5). The lithium supplementing apparatus (2) is configured to cover the surface of a parent electrode plate body (200) with a lithium strip and form a parent electrode plate (210). A slitting apparatus (3) is configured to slit the parent electrode plate (210) into a plurality of electrode plates (211). The winding apparatus (4) is configured to pull the electrode plate (211) to travel, and each winding apparatus (4) separately winds one corresponding electrode plate (211). The slitting apparatus (3) is provided in an accommodating cavity (51a) of the protection apparatus (5), and the protection apparatus (5) is configured to at least partially isolate particles from the external environment when the slitting apparatus (3) slits the parent electrode plate (210) and particles are generated. According to the electrode plate forming device, the protection apparatus (5) is provided with the accommodating cavity (51a), and the slitting apparatus (3) is provided in the accommodating cavity (51a), so that air content at a slitting position of the parent electrode plate (210) can be reduced, the risk of combustion of particles generated by slitting is reduced, and the safety in the production process of the electrode plate (211) is improved. Moreover, the risk that the electrode plate (211) is pierced can be reduced, thereby improving the working safety of the electrode plate (211) in the subsequent use process.
