Embodiments relate to a patient diagnosis support system and a method of supporting patient diagnosis, performed by same, the system comprising: a signal input device for acquiring electroencephalogram signals of a subject to be analyzed; and a data processing device configured to apply the electroencephalogram signals of the subject to be analyzed to an electroencephalogram signal model configured to label a region of interest and calculate an electroencephalogram index on the basis of a labeling result.
