Abstract:
The present invention provides an electromagnetic actuator in which impact force at the time of an opening and closing operation can be alleviated. This electromagnetic actuator comprises: a first yoke (1); a fixed side lid plate (3); a movable side lid plate (4); a fixed iron core (5), a shaft (6) that is inserted through the fixed iron core (5) and the movable side lid plate (4) and has a first protruding part (6a); a movable iron core (9) that is disposed to face the fixed iron core (5) at the outer periphery of the shaft (6), and provided with a movable iron core protruding part (9a) protruding to the peripheral surface of the shaft (6) on one side facing the movable side lid plate (4); a second yoke (10) that is disposed at the outer periphery of the movable iron core (9); a contact pressure spring (11) that is disposed between the movable iron core protruding part (9a) of the movable iron core (9) and the first protruding part (6a) of the shaft (6); movable iron core bearings (13, 14) that are disposed in the second yoke (10) and axially slide the movable iron core (9); and a plate (15) for preventing air from escaping that is disposed between the movable iron core protruding part (9a) of the movable iron core (9) and the contact pressure spring (11).
