Abstract:
Disclosed is an electromagnetic drive type fast tool servo system based on a flexible hinge combination mechanism, the system comprising a base (100), a voice coil electric motor arranged in the base, a tool installation base (102) connected to a voice coil electric motor coil (108) by means of a conduction mechanism, and a displacement measurement mechanism connected to the conduction mechanism by means of a guide shaft (107) arranged in the center of the voice coil electric motor. The conduction mechanism comprises a first flexible hinge (103), a second flexible hinge (105), a first connecting member (104) located between the first flexible hinge (103) and the second flexible hinge (105), and a second connecting member (106) located between the second flexible hinge (105) and the voice coil electric motor coil (108), wherein the first flexible hinge (103) and the second flexible hinge (105) are of sheet-shaped cross structures with the same shape. The system improves the axial precision and the lateral precision of a system during a machining process.
