Abstract:
The present invention provides an electromagnetic induction-based power generation garment, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. In the present invention, magnetic powder is uniformly dispersed in a yarn, and a flexible magnetic yarn fabric is obtained using a spinning technique; and then, the flexible magnetic yarn fabric and a flexible conductive yarn fabric are correspondingly sewn on the inner sides of the elbows of the sleeves of a garment body and/or two opposite sides of the inner sides of the knees of the trouser legs. When an elbow bending action and/or a knee bending action are performed, the flexible conductive yarn fabric performs magnetic induction line cutting motion in a magnetic field generated by the flexible magnetic yarn fabric to generate electric energy, the bending deformation obliquely cutting magnetic induction lines for power generation and energy storage. Therefore, the defect that existing wearable devices need to rely on an external power supply or work in conjunction with energy storage devices to be used normally is solved, thereby facilitating the further development of wearable devices in the direction of light weight, convenience, intelligence and the like. The preparation method provided by the present invention is easy to operate, and the compositions, structures and performance of materials can be regulated and controlled according to actual applications.
