Abstract:
An electromagnetically enabled active type dynamic gas bearing, comprising an electromagnetic bearing (1) and an elastic foil bearing (3) nested between the electromagnetic bearing (1) and a rotor shaft (2). The elastic foil bearing (3) comprises a top elastic foil (31) and a bottom elastic foil (32); the top elastic foil (31) is made of nonmagnetic material, and a plurality of magnetic material areas that is independent of each other is distributed on the surface of the top elastic foil (31). The electromagnetically enabled active type dynamic gas bearing features a simple structure and low precision requirements, uses a gas-magnetic bearing structure, and has adjustable magnetic flat foils and a low-cost pressure sensor, thereby resolving the problem in the existing dynamic gas bearings of being difficult to control during operation due to lubricant gas leakage caused by low low-speed bearing capacity and eccentricity perturbation of the bearing.
