Abstract:
This electron beam sterilization device includes: a gripper group 27C that receives preforms PF which are objects to be sterilized, and then holds and conveys the preforms PF to a regripping position; a gripper group 29C that receives the preforms PF from the gripper group 27C, and then holds and conveys the preforms PF downstream; and an electron beam irradiation unit 20 that irradiates with an electron beam EB the preforms PF that pass through an electron beam irradiation area EA which includes the regripping position and areas in front of and behind the regripping position.
