Abstract:
Provided is an electronic apparatus provided with an alarm clock function. The electronic apparatus is provided with: an alarm sound delivery unit that delivers an alarm sound to earphones provided with an embedded microphone; a control unit that controls the alarm sound delivery unit; and a heart rate measurement unit that collects heartbeat sound within the ear of the user wearing the earphones provided with the embedded microphone by means of the embedded microphone, and measures the heart rate of the user on the basis of the heartbeat sound. Here, the control unit contains a sleep determination unit, which determines the sleep stage of the user on the basis of the heart rate measured by the heart rate measurement unit, calculates the timing of the alarm sound on the basis of the sleep stage of the user determined by the sleep determination unit, and controls the alarm sound delivery unit in a manner so as to deliver the alarm sound to the earphones at said timing.
