In order to achieve this objective, the present invention is provided with a main body case (4), and an electric circuit board (18) disposed within the main body case (4), the main body case (4) has a carbon-fiber sheet (12), a resin layer (13) covering the sheet (12), and conductive nuts (14) which are swaged to the sheet (12), and the electric circuit board (18) has a ground pattern (19) and through-holes (20) provided on the ground pattern (19) or in the vicinity of the same. In the through-holes (20) on the electric circuit board (18), conductive bolts (22) are fastened to the nuts (14) from the opposite side of the nuts (14) so that the ground pattern (19) of the electric circuit board (18) is electrically connected to the sheet (12) of the main body case (4) via the nuts (14).
