CLAIMS 1. An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) for use in combi boiler (B) and water heaters for storing control card circuit controlling the operation of said combi boiler (B) and water heater, comprising at least one housing body (10) storing said electronic card, at least one mounting plate (20) for connecting said housing body (10) comprising at least one cover (11) for closing said housing body (10), characterized in that it comprises a mounting plate (20) secured to the combi boiler (B) body with at least one fixing slot (201 ) connecting the housing body (10) to the combi boiler, at least one centering tab (14) positioned at the rear of the said housing body (10) having at least one channel (141 ) on both sides connecting the housing body (10) to the said mounting plate (20), at least one locking tab (121 ) positioned at the rear of the said housing body (10), which allows the housing (H) to remain stationary on the mounting plate (20), which can be inserted into the centering opening (21 ) of the said mounting plate (20), at least one release rod (12) which allows the said locking tab (121 ) to be released in order to remove said housing (H). 2. An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 , comprising at least one fixing opening (22) located on the mounting plate (20), which ensures that the said channel (141 ) and the housing (H) remain stationary. 3. An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 , comprising at least one locking opening (23) located on the housing body (10) on the mounting plate (20) for inserting the locking tab (121 ) connected to the release rod (12). 4. An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 or claim 2, comprising channels (141 ) equal to or more than the wall thickness of the fixing opening (22) portion of the mounting plate (20) on both sides of the centering tab (14). An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 , comprising the guiding surface (140) at the end portion of the centering tab (14) to which the movement is applied in the said fixing direction in order to ensure that the housing (H) is fixed on the mounting plate (20) by directing in the vertical axis. An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 , comprising a support (15) which is located on both sides of each centering tab (14), having a support curve (151) structure on at least one end, which ensures that the housing body (10) is compressed by applying force during and after the insertion of the section of the mounting body (200) in the region on which the fixing opening (22) is located to the channel (141 ). An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 , comprising a locking connection body (122) connecting the release rod (12) and the locking tab (121 ) to each other, allowing to be moved by stretching on the locking tab (121 ) by the force applied to the release rod (12) and to be released from the locking opening (23). An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 , comprising at least one rod support (120) supporting the release rod (12) through the locking connection body (122). An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 , comprising at least one locking tab support (1211) supporting the locking tab (121 ) from the lower portion through the locking connection body (122). 10. An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 , characterized in that it has an indentation (1210) on at least one edge of said locking tab (121 ), which allows the locking tab (121 ) to fit easily into the locking opening (23). 11. An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 10, comprising a radial form (1212) between the indentation (1210) positioned on at least one edge of said locking tab (121 ) and the body of the locking tab (121 ), allowing the locking tab (121) to fit easily into the locking opening (23). 12. An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 7, comprising a locking connection body (122) which can be moved angularly on an axis on the housing body (10). 13. An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 , comprising a release rod (12) made of plastic material, a centering tab (14) and a housing body (10). 14.An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 1 , comprising a mounting plate (20) made of sheet metal material. 15. An easily and securely installable and removable housing (H) storing the electronic card in combi boiler (B) and water heaters according to claim 2, comprising at least one fixing curve (202) at the top of the fixing opening (22), which facilitates the fixing movement of the centering tab (14). 14 |
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a structure suitable for use in combi boilers and water heaters, which ensures that the control card of said device is safely stored on the body.
PRIOR ART
Today, combi boilers are used for space and domestic water heating. It is generally preferred by domestic users. It is generally used by mounting on the wall in an area that allows the release of waste gases with a flue that opens to the outside environment. It operates as a connection to heating installation and domestic water installation.
Convectional heating is provided by heat transfer of the heated hot water for space heating with a combi boiler to the domestic installation, preferably in the panel radiators. Both space and domestic water heating in winter and only domestic water heating in summer can be carried out through combi boilers.
At least one condensing the main exchanger providing heating water, at least one pump providing circulation of water, and at least one plate exchanger providing heating of domestic water are used in the combi boilers used in the prior art. The control operates within the processing of the data coming from at least one sensor with at least one controller within the scope of the said system. The circuit board on which the said controller is located is placed in a suitable position on the combi boiler. The control card is fixed on the combi boiler with a bolt, preferably on the front panel, to the part where moisture/liquid contact is lowest in known applications. The biggest problem with these applications is that the combi boiler panel is removed, the product is accessed, the card is touched by hand, the sockets of the control card are removed, and the card is replaced in case of card failure. These problems are encountered especially in case of intervention to the control card in case of failure. In addition, the electronic technical information of the replacement officer is an element that significantly affects the service quality since on-site intervention is performed during the replacement of the card in case of failure. It is important in terms of sustainability that the card can be easily intervened.
In addition, there are no embodiments that allow the card to be separated from the combi boiler and replaced with a new one in a kit without touching the card in known applications. The storage structure that lightens the load of the service personnel and allows minimum intervention to electronic components is revealed within the scope of the invention.
The PCT document with publication number WO2018215555A3 mentions the card housing designed for PCB cards, especially suitable for use in vehicles. There is no mention of any embodiment that allows the housing to be easily and safely inserted and removed in the said embodiment.
The PCT document with publication number WO2008122859A3 mentions housing for the control modules. There is a clip on at least one side of the said housing, and as a result of the angular assembly of one of the openings, the clip is locked by applying one-way force to the clip. The mounting angle of the housing is realized by movement on the same axis in the said application. In particular, if the housing is removed, damage may occur if the angular travel limit is exceeded.
The South Korean patent document with publication number KR 19960094120 Y1 mentions a housing that is mounted by linear motion suitable for use in water heaters. After the housing is placed in place, it is mounted using a bolt in the said application.
All the problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the relevant field as a result.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention makes it necessary to eliminate the aforementioned problems and to make a technical innovation in the relevant field. The main object of the invention is to reveal the structure of the electronic card housing, which enables the control card housing used in the combi boilers to be safely removed from the combi boiler together with the housing and to be installed safely and easily.
Another object of the invention is to prevent the card from being removed from the combi boiler with one hand due to the card housing.
Another object of the invention is to reveal the housing structure that increases the protection of the card against possible liquid contacts.
Another object of the invention is to ensure that the housing is mounted and locked only by movement on one axis.
Another object of the invention is to ensure that the housing is removed by moving it linearly by applying force to at least one release zone.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is an electronic card housing for combi boilers in order to achieve all the above mentioned objects which may emerge from the following detailed description.
The invention relates to a housing comprising a mounting plate fixed to the combi boiler body by at least one fixing slot connecting the housing body to the combi boiler body, at least one centering tab with a channel on both sides located on the rear side of said housing body, which enables the housing body to be connected to said mounting plate, at least one locking tab that is positioned on the rear side of said housing body, that allow the housing to remain fixed on the mounting plate, and that can be placed in the centering opening with the said mounting plate has, and at least one release rod for releasing the said locking tab in order to remove the said housing, characterized in that it comprises a housing suitable for use in combi boilers and water heaters that can be easily installed and removed, comprising at least one housing body for storing the control card circuit that controls the operation of the said combi boiler and water heater and for storing the said electronic card, at least one cover for closing the said housing body, and at least one mounting plate for connecting the said housing body.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises at least one fixing opening located on the mounting plate, which ensures that the said channel and housing remain stationary.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises at least one locking opening located on the housing body, which is on the mounting plate, for the insertion of the locking tab in contact with the release rod.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises channels equal to or more than the wall thickness of the fixing opening portion of the mounting plate on both sides of the centering tab.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises a guiding surface at the end portion of the centering tab to which the movement is applied in said fixing direction in order to ensure that the housing is fixed on the mounting plate by orientation in the vertical axis.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises a support having a support curve structure on at least one end, which is positioned on either side of each centering tab, which allows the housing to be compressed by applying force to the body during and after the insertion of the mounting body section in the region where the fixing opening is located.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises a locking connection body that associates the release rod and the locking tab, which allows it to move with stretching on the locking tab by the force applied to the release rod and to be released from the locking opening.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises at least one rod support that supports the release rod through the locking connection body.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises at least one locking tab support supporting the locking tab through the locking connection body from the lower portion. In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it is characterized in that it has at least one indentation on the edge of said locking tab, which allows the locking tab to fit comfortably into the locking opening.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises a radial form between the recess positioned on at least one edge of the said locking tab and the locking tab body, allowing the locking tab to fit easily into the locking opening.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises a locking connection body that is angularly movable on an axis on the housing body.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises a release rod, centering tab, and housing body made of plastic material.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises a mounting plate made of sheet metal material.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the housing body and mounting plate can be made of alternative materials.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the mounting plate has a centering opening in accordance with the form of the centering tab. The fixing is achieved by inserting the fixing opening of the mounting plate into the channel of the centering tab. The housing is secured by force applied from top to bottom, preferably on the vertical axis, after being positioned on the mounting plate during the said fixing operation. There is a fixation curve on the mounting plate for guidance, which allows the channel to fit easily into the fixing opening. The fixing curve is positioned just above the fixing opening.
The scope of protection of the invention is specified in the claims and cannot be limited to what is explained for sampling purposes in this short and detailed description. It is evident that a person skilled in the art may exhibit similar embodiments in light of the above-mentioned facts without drifting apart from the main theme of the invention. H. Housing DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An electronic card housing for the combi boilers (B) subject to the invention is explained only with examples that will not have any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject in this detailed description.
The invention relates to a structure suitable for use in combi boilers (B) and water heaters, which ensures that the control card of the said device is safely stored on the body.
The invention is characterized in that it comprises a housing comprising a mounting plate (20) fixed to the combi boiler (B) body by at least one fixing slot (201 ) connecting the housing body (10) to the combi boiler body (H), at least one centering (14) tab with a channel (141) on both sides located on the rear side of said housing body (10), which enables the housing body (10) to be connected to said mounting plate (20), at least one locking tab (121 ) that is positioned on the rear side of said housing body (10), that allows the housing (H) to remain fixed on the mounting plate (20), and that can be placed in the centering opening (21 ) with the said mounting plate (20) has, and at least one release rod (12) for releasing the said locking tab (121 ) in order to remove the said housing (H).
Figure 1 and figure 2 show a visual demonstration of the location of the housing (H) of the invention preferably on the combi boiler (B). The housing (H) can be fixed to the desired area by means of the mounting plate (20) on the body of the combi boiler (B). The housing (H) is released by applying force to the release rod (12) in the housing body (10) via said mounting plate (20), preferably by simultaneously applying force to the two release rods (12). The housing (H) is completely dismantled by linear movement on the mounting plate (20). The mounting plate (20) may be secured using bolts or rivets by fixing slots (201 ) on the mounting body (200) on the combi boiler (B). In alternative embodiments of the invention, the mounting plate (20) may be welded or bonded to the combi boiler (B) body.
Figure 3 gives a perspective view of the housing (H) subject to the invention. The housing (H) generally consists of the housing body (10) and at least one cover (11). The aforementioned cover (11 ) is preferably secured by mounting tabs (111) on the housing body (10) and the cover (11 ). The mounting tabs (111) are located in the protrusions (101 ) on the housing body (10). The cover (11 ) is fixed on the housing body (10) in this way.
In the alternative embodiment of the invention, the cover (11 ) can be fixed on the housing body (10) using a bolt.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the insulation material, preferably gasket that prevents the passage of liquid/moisture between the cover (11) and the housing body (10) is positioned. The gasket can be positioned on the cover (11 ) or on the housing body (10) and prevents the passage of liquid or moisture between the cover (11 ) and the housing body (10). Damage to the electronic card in the housing (H) is prevented in this way.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the housing (H) comprises at least one block socket connection (13) as shown in Figure 3. The socket connection (13) provides an easily insertable and ejectable terminal connection from the input/output pins of the electronic card in the housing (H) to the outside of the housing (H). Communication between the combi boiler (B) components and the control board is ensured in this way.
Figure 5 is a perspective view of the rear portion of the housing (H) and figure 6 is a perspective view of the mounting plate (20). The housing body (10) comprises a minimum of two centering tabs (14). Similarly, the mounting plate (20) comprises a minimum of two centering openings (21 ) in accordance with said centering tab (14). The lower portion of the centering opening (21 ) preferably includes the fixing opening (22). The housing (H) is secured to the mounting plate (20) by inserting the centering tab (14) of the housing (H) into the centering opening (21 ) and applying a linear force in the direction of the fixing opening (22) to the housing (H).
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, there are four centering tabs (14) on the housing (H), two at the bottom and two at the top. Similarly, only the centering opening
(21 ) is located in the lower portion on the mounting plate (20), and the fixing opening
(22) is located in the lower portion of said centering opening (21 ). Only the fixing opening (22) is located in the upper portion of the mounting plate (20). There is a fixing curve (202) between the fixing openings (22) in the upper portion and the mounting body (200) forming the mounting plate (20). It is ensured in this way that the housing (H) is easily fixed to the mounting plate (20) during its linear movement to be fixed. In the alternative embodiment of the invention, there are four centering openings (21) on the mounting plate (20), two at the bottom and two at the top.
At least one, preferably two, mutually positioned locking tabs (121 ) is/are located at the rear of the housing (10). The locking tab (121 ) is preferably connected to the release rod (12) by the locking connection body (122). The locking tab (121 ) associated with the release rod (12) is moved by applying force to the release rod (12) in the forward or reverse direction.
The locking tab (121) is located in the locking opening (23) on the mounting plate (20) if the housing (10) is connected to the mounting plate (20) via the centering tabs (14). The housing (H) is prevented from being shifted/removed by force in the opposite direction to the mounting direction in this way. The locking tab (121 ) is released from the locking opening (23) to which it is associated, and the centering tabs (14) of the housing (H) can be released from the fixing openings (22) by applying force to the release rod (12).
The housing (H) shown in figure 5 is preferably fixed by sliding it downwards on the mounting plate (20) shown in figure 6. Figure 7 and figure 8 show the aforementioned connected position.
Figures 9A and 9B show a detailed view of the centering tab (14) of the invention. The centering tab (14) comprises a guiding surface (140) in its lower portion, and a transition from the centering opening (21 ) to the fixing opening (22) can be made by said guiding surface (140). The fixation process takes place by positioning the crossportion of the mounting plate (20) in the channel (141), preferably on both sides of the centering tab (14). Force is applied to the housing body (10) by means of the support (15) preferably on both sides of the centering tab (14) when the section of the mounting plate (20) in the fixing opening (22) section is located in the channel (141 ). Partial compression can be achieved in this way. A smooth and easy transition is provided in particular in the shifting operation of the mounting plate (20) during the fixing process by means of the support curve (151 ), preferably at least one in the lower portion and preferably in the upper and lower portion of the support (15).
Figures 10A, 10B, and 10C show the locking system of the invention, in particular illustrating the release rod (12) and the locking tab (121 ) connected to the said release rod (12). The said release rod (12) is a force application zone and is preferably connected to the locking connection body (122) by the locking tab (121 ) which provides locking. Force distribution is improved, while breakage or cracking situations are prevented thanks to the rod support (120) positioned between the release rod (12) and the locking connection body (122).
The locking tab (121 ) of the invention has a thin sectional structure from back to front. Figure 10C shows this structure. The front portion of the locking tab (121 ) has an indentation (1210), and the rear portion of the indentation (1210) has a radial form (1212) that softens the form. It is ensured thanks to the said structure that the locking tab (121 ) is easily released from the locking opening (23) of the mounting plate (20).
The locking tab (121 ) of the invention comprises locking tab support (1211 ) to support in its lower portion from at least one, preferably two outer edges. The locking tab support (1211 ) is positioned between the locking tab (121 ) and the locking connection body (122) and provides strength to the locking tab (121 ).
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the release rod (12) and the locking tab (121 ) connected to the said release rod (12) are preferably made of plastic material.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking rod (12) is associated with the housing body (10) through the locking connection body (122) and is angularly movable. The locking tab (121 ) can be released from the locking opening (23) with the said movement.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the release rod (12) and/or the locking connection body (122) are connected to the housing body (10) from at least one point or region. Stretching takes place in the connection region and the locking tab (121 ) is released from the locking opening (23) in the direction that the region is the support point when force is applied to the release rod (12).
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the guiding surface (140) at the end of the centering tab (14) is in oval form and serves as a guide when the housing body (10) is fixed on the mounting plate (20), after the centering tab (14) is passed through the centering opening (21 ), or directly into the fixing opening (22).
