Abstract:
In the present invention, switching to an operation mode is carried out in a state of disconnection from a connection apparatus in a power saving mode. This electronic circuit unit comprises a trigger circuit (3) and a circuit module (2). The trigger circuit (3) comprises: a semiconductor switching element (5) which is controlled by an external trigger signal and outputs a switching pulse signal; a load resistor (6) of the semiconductor switching element (5); a one-shot pulse circuit (7) in which the switching pulse signal is made into a one-shot pulse of a prescribed pulse width; and a forced reset circuit connected to the input side of the semiconductor switching element. The one-shot pulse circuit (7) is formed by a coupling capacitor (13) connected to the input side of the semiconductor switching element (5) and a charging resistor (14). The pulse width of the one-shot pulse is specified by the time constant of the charging resistor (14) and the coupling capacitor (13). The forced reset circuit temporarily inputs an ON voltage to the semiconductor switching element to forcibly set the circuit module to an operation mode.
