Disclosed herein is a method of rapid exchange, storage and update of electronic contact information that assumes interaction of several elements, one of possible variants of implementations of which is the electronic cloud business card. The method provides interaction between devices, mobile applications, social networks and remote data storage and software in the process of exchange of electronic contact information using communication technologies.

1. A method of exchange, storage and update of electronic contact information comprising of interacting elements:

any wearable device providing exchange of electronic information by the way of near field communication, Bluetooth or another suitable wireless communication technology or protocol;

mobile application on the smartphone, desktop or tablet providing exchange, storage, update and processing of electronic information;

social media networks and messengers;

remote data storage and the software;

2. The method of claim 1 assumes two scenarios of interacting:

electronic business card;

electronic cloud business card;

3. Electronic business card assumes interaction of the following elements:

The present invention relates to social networking between people including online {internet) social networking and sodai networking in real life, more particularly, to methods < sf interaction between devices {including wearable and mobile), desktop and mobile applications and sociai networks in the process of exchange of electronic contact information of users of sociai networks and similar applications.

BACKGROUND

Online social networking is a major trend and the process of online communication gets more and more convenient However, there are still inconveniences In the process of online sociai networking. White the process of searching people in the social network or messengers is relatively fast when the name and the avatar of the person is known, it is much more difficult to find and connect people who were met offline and whose name is difficult to find as they are difficult or complex for understanding verbally or it is so wide spread, that the search engine returns too many results. The disclosed Invention improves user experience of both offline and online social networking including business communication by making the process of exchanging contact information and proceeding connection in the sociai network much more rapid, personal, simple and engaging. The Invention permits to facilitate the process of sharing, collecting, updating and processing of contact information and establishment of contacts in the social networks. As a result, users of the device and the mobile application on the smartphones can exchange contact information with ease and fun with lots of people very quickly, store contact information including from sociai networks and messengers in convenient mobile application and easily find and friend each other in the sociai networks in order to keep in touch in on line sodal networks and messengers.

In the embodiments of the present invention general features people usually regard as persons' contact information are collectively referred as "contact information" and/or profile in one or another social network and messenger such as face hook, linkedin, twitter, mixi, qzone, weibo, renren, doob, tagged, tinder, badoo, instagram , vk.com, what's app, telegram, viber, my space, youtube, netflix, spotify and other similar. Contact information may include persons' name, surname, contact phone number and e- mail, date of birth, company name, job title, address, photo, musical preference, list of friends and etc.

SUMMARY

The present disclosure describes method of rapid exchange, storage and update of electronic contact information that assumes interaction of several elements, one of possible variants of implementations of which is the electronic cloud business card.

The first element of the method is any wearable device (further - the device) providing a rapid exchange of electronic contact information by the way of NFC (near field communication}, Bluetooth or another suitable wireless communication technology or protocol (further - wireless technology).

The second and a core element of the method is a mobile application on the smartphone, desktop or tablet providing exchange, storage, update and processing of electronic contact information (further - the application), in the embodiments of the present invention there will be described the most frequent way of implementation, when the application is used on the smartphone.

The forth element is remote data storage and the software providing interaction of the mentioned elements, Remote data storage can be organized in a way of web server, cloud, peer-to-peer etc., where the cloud is the most frequent way of implementation, its main function is to store users' contact information and including links to users' profiles in the social networks or messengers. Though the presence of all elements maximizes functionality of the method, many variants of implementation are possible in combination of three or even two out of four elements.

The simplest way of implementation is an electronic business card, which is the first embodiment of the present invention. The remote data storage helps to maintain ait electronic cloud business cards in up-to-date status.

Innovation of the present invention consists In the method providing much more rapid and convenient way of integration of conventional and on-ime social networking. It allows to eliminate or automate several stages in the process of on-line communication, such as asking for contacts, input of multiple contact items, sending back the contacts, establishing contacts in the social networks.
