Abstract:

Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention is an electronic component inspection method, applied to an electronic component inspection device which is connected to at least one test device. Each test device comprises at least one test probe. The method comprises: obtaining identification information of a material strip to be inspected; obtaining specification information to be inspected of electronic components to be inspected according to the identification information; selecting at least one electronic component to be inspected as a first sample to be tested, and driving the test device matching the specification information to be inspected to move above the first sample to be tested; driving the at least one test probe of the test device to penetrate through a packaging film to be in electrical contact with the first sample to be tested; adjusting test parameters of the test device according to the specification information to be inspected so as to test the first sample to be tested; and determining, on the basis of the test result of the first sample to be tested, whether the material strip to be inspected is to be put into production. Also disclosed are an electronic component inspection device and a computer readable storage medium. According to the present invention, the test efficiency can be effectively improved, the test difficulty is reduced, and the quality control risk is reduced.
