Abstract:
An electronic device detection apparatus, comprising a base (1), on which a press-fitting detection station (2) is disposed, the press-fitting detection station (2) including: a press-fitting platform (21), which is used for having a substrate to be detected placed thereon, N electronic devices being arranged, along a straight line, on the substrate to be detected, a first electronic device being provided with a first mark, and an Nth electronic device being provided with a second mark, wherein N is an integer greater than 2; an indenter module (22), which is fixed above the press-fitting platform (21) for electrically press-fitting with the N electronic devices; and a camera module (23), which is fixed to the indenter module (22) and is used for aligning the indenter module (22) with the first mark and the second mark, wherein the indenter module (22) can be connected to an external detection signal generation apparatus by means of a circuit board, and is press-fitted together with all of the N electronic devices so as to complete the detection of the performance of all the N electronic devices.
