Abstract:
In this method, while a belt-like strip of glass film G1 is conveyed, a first manufacturing-related processing is performed on the glass film G1. Thereafter, a membrane-equipped glass film G2 is cut into sheets. Next, supporting substrates SS1, SS2 (support pieces of glass SG1, SG2) are laminated onto sheets of glass films GF1, GF2 to form glass film laminates LM1, LM2. Next, a second manufacturing-related processing is performed on the glass film laminates LM1, LM2. Finally, the support substrates SS1, SS2 (support pieces of glass SG1, SG2) are delaminated from the glass films GF1, GF2.
