Abstract:
The present invention provides an electronic device, a method for determining the pivot status of a pivot member, and a program that make it possible to determine the pivot status of a pivot member with high accuracy. A second detection face S2 of a second magnetic-field detection element H2 of an image capturing device (10) is parallel to a virtual plane S in a state formed by rotating the virtual plane S that is parallel to a first detection face S1 of a first magnetic-field detection element H1 about an Xa axis extending in an X direction and about a Ya axis extending in a Y direction. The Y direction is a direction in which a first pivot shaft J1 extends. The X direction is a direction in which a second pivot shaft J2 extends.
