The content of the present disclosure relates to an electronic device and a method for a radio communication system, and a storage medium, and describes various embodiments of a beam pair link. In one embodiment, an electronic device at a base station side applicable to a radio communication system can comprise a processing circuit system. The processing circuit system can be configured to monitor a state of an uplink signal. A first uplink beam pair link is determined to be adjusted according to the state of the uplink signal, wherein the first uplink beam pair link comprises a first transmitting beam at a terminal device side and a first receiving beam at a base station side. An operation is executed to adjust the first uplink beam pair link.
