Abstract:
This structure has: a first substrate that has a heat-generating first electronic component and/or a thermally conductive first constituent component thermally connected to the first electronic component; a second substrate that has a heat-generating second electronic component and/or a thermally conductive second constituent component thermally connected to the second electronic component; a housing that has a first sheet having a first main surface and a second main surface, a second sheet having a third main surface and a fourth main surface, and an internal space formed so as to be interposed between the second main surface and the third main surface by bonding between the first sheet and the second sheet; and a vapor chamber that has a wick disposed in the internal space, and that has a working medium sealed in the internal space. The first substrate, the vapor chamber, and the second substrate constitute a lamination unit in this order. In the lamination unit, the first main surface of the vapor chamber is disposed so as to oppose the first substrate, and the fourth main surface is disposed so as to oppose the second substrate. The first electronic component and/or the first constituent component are thermally connected to the first main surface. The second electronic component and/or the second constituent component are thermally connected to the fourth main surface.
