Abstract:
An electronic device according to one embodiment comprises an application processor and a wireless communication chipset, wherein the wireless communication chipset identifies a first location of a first external device while the application processor is in a low-power state, acquires information about a second location of the electronic device via a location tracking circuit, and determines, on the basis of the information about the second location, whether the electronic device is located within a first range with respect to the first location, and, on the basis that the electronic device is determined to be located within the first range, the wireless communication chipset processes a first signal received from the first external device, and, on the basis that the electronic device is determined to be located outside the first range, the application processor processes the first signal received from the first external device.
