Abstract:
An electronic device (100) with an elastomeric member (150) includes a housing (110), a key (140) connected to the housing (110) and movable relative to the housing (110) when pressed, a circuit board (180) connected to the housing (110), a trigger structure (170) electrically connected to the circuit board (180). The elastomeric member (150) includes a first connection (151) electrically connected to the circuit board (180) and a second connection (153) abutted on the key (140). The key (140), the first connection (151) and the second connection (153) are conductive to the circuit board (180). When the key (140) is pressed, the elastomeric member (150) can generate two levels of deformation and cause the second connection (153) to switch from a state spaced apart from the trigger structure (170) to a state contacting the trigger structure (170),thereby increasing a fatigue life of the elastomeric member (150) and thus increasing a service life of the key (140). A wearable device (10) is also provided.
