Abstract:
The present invention provides an electronic imaging device and a manufacturing method therefor, and a flexible electronic compound eye and a manufacturing method therefor. The electronic imaging device comprises a base substrate (20), and a plurality of light-sensitive units (200) arranged on the surface of the base substrate (20) in an array. The light-sensitive unit (200) comprises a photodiode (201) and a rectifier diode (202) which are connected in series. The photodiode (201) comprises a first conductive type doping region (20a) and a second conductive type doping region (20b). The rectifier diode comprises a first conductive type doping region (20a) and a second conductive type doping region (20b), and the first conductive type doping region (20a) of the photodiode and the first conductive type doping region (20a) of the rectifier diode are electrically connected to each other. The present invention can simplify the structure of the electronic imaging device and can further achieve three-dimensional imaging.
