An electronic lock cylinder assembly having a concealable spare key interface. The electronic lock cylinder assembly comprises a rotary handle (1), an idle lock cylinder (2) rotatably connected to the rotary handle (1), and a rotary cover (3) rotatably connected to the rotary handle (1). A spare key interface (4) is provided at an end portion of the idle lock cylinder (2). A window corresponding to the spare key interface (4) is provided at an end surface of the rotary handle (1). The rotary cover (3) is used to cover the window. A circuit board (5) is internally provided with the rotary cover (3). The idle lock cylinder (2) comprises a motor (21) and a clutch (22). When the motor (21) is operating, the clutch (22) engages with the rotary handle (1) and an unlocking cap (30) of the lock. The electronic lock cylinder assembly having a concealable spare key interface is provided with at the rotary cover (3) rotatably connected to the rotary handle (1), such that when a spare key is not being used to perform unlocking, the rotary cover (3) covers the spare key interface (4), thereby effectively preventing foreign objects such as dust from entering the key interface (4).
