Abstract:
An electronic parking brake system including a motor actuator operated by an electric motor, according to an embodiment, comprises: a motor driving circuit for driving the electric motor; and a control unit for determining the temperature of the electric motor from the temperature of a brake disc during parking, determining a target current on the basis of the determined motor temperature, and controlling the electric motor according to the determined target current.
