Abstract:
This electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a conductive substrate and a photosensitive layer. The photosensitive layer is a single layer. The photosensitive layer contains a charge generating agent, a hole transporting agent, an electron transporting agent, a binder resin, and an additive. The binder resin contains a polyarylate resin. The polyarylate resin contains: at least one repeating unit represented by general formula (1); and at least one repeating unit represented by general formula (2). The additive contains at least one compound among compounds represented by general formulae (50), (51), and (52).
