Abstract:
An electroplating device, comprising a rack (1), a feeding mechanism (2) provided on a first side of the rack (1), a conveying mechanism (3) provided on the rack (1), a fixture (5) provided on the conveying mechanism (3), and a discharging mechanism (4) provided on a second side of the rack (1). The feeding mechanism (2) is configured to clamp an electroplated plate and drive the electroplated plate to move; the conveying mechanism (3) is configured to rotate and transmit the electroplated plate conveyed by the feeding mechanism (2); the fixture (5) is configured to clamp the electroplated plate; the discharging mechanism (4) is configured to receive the electroplated plate conveyed by the conveying mechanism (3); a first roller component (51) is movably provided on the fixture (5); a first guide rail mechanism (11) is provided at a position, corresponding to the discharging mechanism (4), on the rack (1); the first guide rail mechanism (11) is configured to abut against and match the first roller component (51); the first guide rail mechanism (11) comprises a first guide rail (111); and the distance between the first guide rail (111) and the first roller component (51) gradually decreases in the direction of movement of the first roller component (51). The use of the device enables manual discharging to be not required during a production process, thereby reducing damage to a human body.
