Abstract:
Disclosed are an electrostatic nozzle and a controllable jet minimal quantity lubrication grinding system. The electrostatic nozzle comprises a nozzle core (45), wherein an upper portion of the nozzle core (45) is connected to an upper nozzle body (42); an idle space is formed between the upper nozzle body (42) and the nozzle core (45), and is used for storing compressed air and reducing the pressure; a lower portion of the nozzle core (45) is connected to a lower nozzle body (43); a gas and liquid mixing chamber (50), an acceleration chamber (51) and a nozzle outlet (52) are successively provided inside the nozzle core (45) from top to bottom; and micro-protrusions (57) are uniformly arranged on an inner wall of the acceleration chamber (51). The controllable jet minimal quantity lubrication grinding system comprises the electrostatic nozzle with the micro-protrusions (57) being uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the acceleration chamber (51). The micro-protrusions improve the lipophilicity of an inner surface of the acceleration chamber (51) and expand the contact area between a minimal quantity lubricant and the nozzle core (45), such that the formed droplets have an ideal charge performance, thereby facilitating control over a subsequent transport path of the droplets.
