Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an electrostatically spray-coated high-corrosion-resistance insulating steel rail. The surface of the steel rail is spray-coated with a first composite coating in a high-voltage electrostatic manner, and the first composite coating comprises the following raw materials, in parts by weight: 38-75 parts of an epoxy resin, 0.8-5.0 parts of a curing agent, 0.2-1.5 parts of an insulating additive, 0.1-1.0 parts of an adhesion promoter, 0.1-5.0 parts of a pigment, 5-20 parts of wollastonite, and 5-20 parts of barium sulfate. The present invention has the characteristics of a strong binding force between the coating and the steel rail base body, not being prone to detaching, simple and convenient preparation and operation, and low cost.
