Abstract:
An element pick-up apparatus and a preparation method therefor, and a method of use thereof. The element pick-up apparatus (100) comprises: a first substrate (1) and a second substrate (2) arranged oppositely; spacer portions (3) located between the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2), wherein the spacer portions (3) are spaced apart from each other to define a flow channel (5) for a liquid; and an element pickup portion (4) comprising an opening (41) located in the second substrate (2) and in communication with the flow channel (5).
